These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rss786 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
rss786 operates a mandatory KYC process. You will be required to submit satisfactory identity documentation before any withdrawal request is processed and in certain other circumstances, including but not limited to:
Acceptable identity documents include a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence dated within the last three months. rss786 may request additional documentation at its absolute discretion.
If you are unable to complete KYC verification to rss786's satisfaction, your Account may be restricted to prevent further deposits, your withdrawal request may be declined, and in cases of suspected fraudulent documents, your Account will be permanently suspended and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. rss786 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and available payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. These may vary and are subject to change.
Pakistani players commonly reference payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah for digital transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are welcomed on the Platform where listed in the cashier. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; please verify wallet addresses carefully before initiating any transfer.
Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified accounts once KYC requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. rss786 reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method.
Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. rss786 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network infrastructure.
rss786 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. We may temporarily delay a withdrawal if the relevant Account has not completed KYC verification or if there is an ongoing investigation relating to the Account.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are those applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. rss786 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet activity). rss786 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the cashier. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Where a Real Money Balance remains after all applicable fees, it will be returned to you upon request and satisfactory completion of KYC.
rss786 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotions. Every promotion is subject to specific terms published alongside the promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the matter in question.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and time limit applicable to each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time will result in the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them being removed from your Account.
rss786 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any of the following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, suspension of your Account and permanent exclusion from future promotions:
If you request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds while Bonus Funds remain active on your Account and the applicable wagering requirement has not yet been met, rss786 reserves the right to remove the Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings prior to processing the withdrawal.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each sport, market or game. These rules are published within the relevant sportsbook or game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Odds are quoted at the time of bet placement and are locked at acceptance unless your bet is placed in an in-play market where odds fluctuate in real time. rss786 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to technical fault or human error. In the event of event cancellation, postponement or abandonment, settlement rules for the affected market are set out in the sportsbook rules.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament games and other international series — are among the most actively traded markets on rss786. Users should familiarise themselves with the specific settlement rules for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, super-overs and match abandonment before placing cricket bets.
Live casino games are operated by third-party specialist studios. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge information are displayed within each game interface. For instant games (crash, mines, plinko, dice and similar), provably fair mechanics and individual game rules are accessible prior to play.
rss786 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device failure or local network conditions. In-play bets already accepted prior to a disconnection will stand. Unaccepted bets that were pending at the time of disconnection will be voided and your stake returned.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant legal authorities:

The Services are not available to residents of Prohibited Territories. rss786 employs geo-location technologies and reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction in which it determines that offering Services would be unlawful or commercially impractical. Circumventing these restrictions via VPN or similar technology is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rss786 shall not be liable to you for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, rss786's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Gambling risk reminder: Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. You may close your Account at any time by contacting rss786 support. Before closure is confirmed, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via a payment method of rss786's choosing, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees.
rss786 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, Real Money Funds will be held and not forfeited during the investigation period unless the investigation concludes that the funds were derived from fraudulent or unlawful activity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rss786 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through rss786's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Platform or our Services, you should first contact rss786 support, setting out the nature of the complaint clearly. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full response within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal process, further escalation options may be available depending on the terms of the applicable operating licence.
rss786 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
